McCormick Barstow Sheppard Wayte & Carruth, LLP, an AV rated firm, is hiring a lateral attorney for our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practice Group, which provides a wide range of litigation and non-litigation services to numerous insurers, risk financing entities, and other interested clients on local, state, national, and international levels. Candidate should have excellent writing and research skills.

Those with 5-8 years experience are encouraged to apply. Litigation experiece including trial, court appearance and deposition experience desired.
